We also work with businesses and other organisations to provide training, consultancy and facilitation services. These range from raising quality standards, building organisational strategy, improving team work or developing your leaders of tomorrow through coaching and mentoring. Eileen is accredited to use the Margerison McCann Team Management Profile, a personal development tool that guides teams toward high performance working.
