windmill-hill-associates-successSince Napoleon Hill author of “Think and Grow Rich” wrote about the power of mastermind groups in the 1930’s, many people have worked in mastermind groups to achieve their goals. Many focus on business success. Creative or personal goals can also be the focus of a group.

Mastermind groups create a heightened attention to your venture that helps to produce success. Members work together and create energy, enthusiasm and focus to sustain one another and move forward. It’s like having your own board meeting where trusted colleagues offer insights, support and even challenge you to advance your business.

Each group consists of 4-6 people with a variety of skills and experience who agree to meet regularly. The group is screened so that no-one is in direct competition. All the members commit to attending each meeting. Everyone has the opportunity to focus on their business issues and gain from the expertise in the room. There is accountability too, as each member sets their own goals and gives feedback to the group on progress. If there is an issue that everyone wants to work on a session may focus on one topic. Eileen acts as facilitator for the group. At the first meeting members are able to: negotiate the timing, frequency and location of meetings so that it fits around other commitments.

When a group of individual minds are coordinated and function in harmony the increased energy created through that alliance becomes available to every individual in the group. Napoleon Hill
